RETURN POLICY

Graey will exchange or refund goods purchased at full price if they are received back to us within 15 days of order date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Graey or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Graey will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Sales items are FINAL SALE.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Graey is not able to alter or cancel orders more than 24 hours after they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
